Went for the return the hotspot which is not good product,want to refund but they denied with rude staff, bad customer service. After long discussion they replaced the device but I don't want again the same product which is definitely not good. Don't buy anything from there ,think twice you can't get refund still policy is saying you 30 days but you can't refund.
Preordered something from them and when I attempted to change the option to have it delivered on a different day rather than to my neighbour they're delivery service rescheduled the whole thing. They refused to change it back to the original delivery date and so I had to cancel the order and wait 5 days for the refund
Very bad customers service and also I bought one Apple Watch for My brother he doesn’t like the colour then I went to return the watch, they say they can’t change product, one lady, at customer service counter is very rude she said to me if you open the original packing, they can’t exchange the product .
I'm well impressed by the products and the customer service received. This is a great place to get electronics, furnitures, jewellerys and much more.
The Manager & the Staff here are extremely rude, offer a poor service and are unwilling to deal with issues. A complaint has now been made to head office, do not waste your time with the incompetent people working at this store. A clear case of staff & manager re-training is required, they are unaware of their own policies.
Please check the package carefully. I had bad experience twice with the store. I have bought gifts which were opened, used and repacked. Day 2: I have ordered and waited for 20 min to collect in the store then I have found that it is repacked then I have requested the store to get another one, they said only one they have got. Wasted 2 hours. Zero recommendation for gifts and other
The store it self it good, but no consideration for honest customers. I wanted to return an item which I understand it over the 30 days but it was a gift and bought it little early so I don’t miss the product when I needed it. I was honest and said it over but the lady refused. If only I lied I said I lost the receipt or can’t find it but it’s working 30 days maybe I would’ve got better customer service. The lady behind customer there wouldn’t consider any option. There must be a way or out of good will u can return one time. Anyways
Very busy this time of year. I would try to reserve order if possible
Pathetic service, rude staff. Had to lift heavy item as staff was not willing to use trolley and was busy in chit chat with other staff. Highly recommend driving few extra miles to collect from other Coventry store. Brought the car to gate so they can help but still was no response from staff. Not recommended at all.
Been going here for years. Good customer service but sometimes parking is bit hard as it can get busy
