My absolute favourite shop. There isn’t one item in this shop that I wouldn’t buy. It is all beautiful and wonderfully put together to inspire.
After recently visiting this beautiful store I was absolutely appalled by the ver frosty reception I received on entering .All because I entered without a mask it was if an alien had landed from Mars .it is my understanding that it has now been allowed to make our own choice to wear or not wear a mask by the government . I travelled a long way to visit this store and after this very awkward reception felt like turning round and walking out of the place . Is this the way forward to encourage customers to do business with you I certainly did not feel like spending one penny with this establishment
I was browsing their website yesterday and came across exactly what I needed for my kitchen so drove to York today which was my nearest store and purchased what I had looked at .The staff were really nice and helpful and the shop gave me some great ideas and Inspiration for my project .
Snooty women on the reception, never even said hello, they were just sat around chatting. Didn't ask if we needed help or anything. Very bad service for a shop where you can spend thousands. We went somehwere else. Also carpark needs updating and it's a nightmare to pull out of.
Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham and now York........quite a few Neptune's ticked off this Summer ! All a joy to visit

I'm a huge fan of this fabulous shop. The products are so well displayed in beautiful room settings. It's great for inspiration and has a good mix of products to order and take away. The range changes seasonally and it's well worth a trip.
Lovely shop,easy to find and park,staff pleased to see you !!!! We purchased a vase which will go in the lounge
Very nice but it's an incredibly expensive posh persons interior designer/decorators as far as I can see. We have done ours. They are not pushy tho and staff are there just to help. Looks lovely.
Great selection of accessories. And very well laid out warm and welcoming
