The animals are kept in terrible conditions, and incorrect caring advice is given. After some research I found the advice I had been given was entirely incorrect, but unfortunately it was too late and my pet died after 3 days.
Wouldn't sell us a hamster without buying one of there cages even though we had a cage there and ready to go. Weirdos

Need more rare fish but other than that great place for fish and frozen fish food
Small animals are NOT kept in appropriate conditions, not even the bare minimum. Seeing them in in those living conditions broke my heart, they deserve better.
