exellent online shop. first class customer service. i've got the answer on my email in just 10 minutes. that's quite impressive. estimated delivery said 24 of february but i've received my parcel on 16th. nice one!! I highly recommend this shop.

Staff provide excellent advice both in store and over the phone. Items immediately dispatched and arrived after a 300 mile journey next day.

Expensive, in comparison to other shops, and online. When asked if they price match, I'm told depends on product and how much the discount at other outlet is. The answer is no, this shop in my opinion profiteer. Mountain equipment ibex pant, £85 adapt outdoors Liverpool were doing them for £50. The gentleman I spoke to was adamant that they sold equipment at this price day in day out. He doesn't have to sell at a discount or be persuaded to, I'll try it on and buy from the cheapest vendor on line. Now saying this I purchased the new paramo Velez jacket from the Paramo shop up the road and they were only too happy to haggle a price match. I purchased it too!!! I wouldn't by jack **** from needle sports, not even a portaledge. Profiteers.
