I love the stuff in this shop! It's really unique and quirky. A bit pricey but worth it for something different.

Can any shop be any cuter?? Can any staff be more friendly and helpful? I wish I could afford buying everything they sell from the herdy hot water bottle to colourful socks and home decorations. The shop will melt your heart X

Love this shop and love the van

Very nice and unique little gift shop stocking all sorts of souvenirs. Family back home were very pleased with their gifts from this store so good place for something a bit different.

Beautiful shop with a wonderful display of locally made products. Staff are exceptional and very customer focused. I am however disappointed to find out today that herdy UK is discontinuing their wool

We enjoyed two visits to the Herdy shop in Keswick today. Initially to buy a hat and mug and latterly to buy some smaller items. Total spend £40, not too bad for some attractive and unique gifts. The lady in the shop was enthusiastic even showing us the photo of the original sheep. However, the mug was thinly wrapped in a tissue paper and smashed after the bag it was in clashed with another visitors shopping bag before we'd got back to our car. I returned to the shop were the lady told me there was nothing she could do, despite the poor wrapping. By rights I'm sure they have no need to replace a smashed mug after it leaves the shop, but I would have liked some gesture of goodwill after the time and money we had spent there. As there card machine had broken I wasn't even able to buy a replacement.

Fabulous gift shop brimming with colourful and interesting gifts and babywear. The  Herdwick sheep themed mugs are my personal favourite. A real community shop that gives back to the farming and local community through the Herdyfund. The perfect place to pick up a quality souvenir of a visit to the Lakes. A must visit!

Wanted to buy a Herdy cap, went in found what I was looking for, lady at the counter very pleasant and helpful.

Friendly staff and good service. What more can you ask for in a shop?
