I ordered online and was delighted with the service. Within 24 hours my order had been dispatched and I'd had a customer service email to let me know. They said my order had been dispatched by RM 1st class which was fine, but parcel arrived the next day by APC courier delivery with an email update as to what time to expect the parcel. My order was perfect but I had checked their returns service in advance just in case and if you have a problem you return the goods direct to their store. I've had bad experiences ordering other goods online and then having to return to a warehouse in Denmark before (never got my money back from one - Pure Lime UK - don't buy from them!), and quite a few outdoors UK resellers have returns addresses in Belgium or Germany (check the small print), so this was important to me. Really pleased. Good experience. Recommended for online shopping and hope to visit their store next time I'm in the area.

I've been a customer for nearly 50 years and now my 7 year old is one.  The ONLY place to buy boots - and really great value of you are buying kids boots - they have a brilliant trade in scheme. Can't recommend George Fisher too highly.

Wow......I love this place and do the guys working here know their stuff! We priced and they have everything you'd need. I could have spent a fortune here.......hang on I did!

Wonderful outdoor clothing store. The staff are all great, really helpful. I would definitely visit George Fisher for any outdoor clothes, boots etc. Highly recommended.
