My wife parked here, machines not working so used app as per instruction. Thought it went through but failed to be processed. As a result fined £60. Don’t park here as false economy. Another fine example of corrupt use of ANPR thanks to greedy companies. No wonder people prefer to shop online instead of going into town to shop. Poor show
Rough surface, but car park is tucked away from the main road. Easy to reserve online, cheaper than the train station car park. Left my car for 4 days with no problem.
Be very careful when parking at this car park. I couldn't make payment after parking because the machines wasn't working nor the app nor the phone payment. I was issued a parking ticket and had to pay a £100 fine. I appealed and NCP didn't even bother to help with the situation. All they are interested in and increasing their profit and havent got the customer at heart. PLEASE AVOID!!! if you can!!!!

Parked here on 28th Nov 10am. After 2 nights in London returned at 2pm on 30th to find the passenger window smashed and car ransacked, spoke to some builders working nearby who told us when they came to work on Mon 29th a total of seven cars had been broken into all with broken windows. Do not leave your vehicle in this car park overnight.
Building site of a car park. Also got slapped with a parking fine as the cameras decided the 3 minutes I took to buy the parking ticket counted as unpaid parking. Use the Queensgate shopping centre multi storey ones instead.
Machines not working, pot holes and rubbish all over.
Don't park here overnight! Got my car broken into and doesn't look like anyone reported it, as the alarm had stopped ringing by the time we got to it. Doesn't look like there were cameras either.
Typical car park built on waste ground. If It has been raining, you will have to walk through muddy puddles to get out. It's not glamorous, but it's modestly priced.
Plenty of spaces and clean and bright. The security is good too. The only disappointment is the toilets are nowhere near as clean and well maintained as they used to be. Many toilets were out of use and those in use were quite dirty unfortunately.
