Great little car park in the city centre. It's conveniently located next to Piccadilly Gardens and has a good value weekend day rate. Because of this, the car park can get quite busy on weekends. The car park looks big but half of the spaces are for season ticket holders only, so sometimes I do struggle to find a space and have to wait for someone to leave.

Convenient for the Manchester Piccadilly side of the City Centre. Close to MMU, Shena Simon College, the Gay Village, Chinatown and UMIST. £3.50 all day Sundays.

Uneven surface.  rows too close to each other makes parking difficult in a large car.  Floods when raining and machine often out of order.

Great location for parking but my car got damaged by pedestrians cutting between cars with bags.
