Well placed for Central Chester with the wall and Cathedral just a short walk away. £6 per day charge as opposed to £13.50 pd in the market multi story. Generally very clean and modern although I did come across some ho.eless guys sleeping in a stair well.
In over 20 years of driving I've never kerbed a car, until this morning. The entrance to the carpark is via a ridiculously tight corner with a needless high kerb. Certain areas within the carpark are also stupidly tight and you can see numerous marks where people have hit painted panels. Great location and secure but very poorly designed for access.
Fab car park reasonably priced right next to the heart of Chester. Two levels of parking with reasonably sized spaces. Happy to recommend.
Charged us £5.50 for motorbike parking despite the website saying if you park in a motorcycle bay it is free. The guy at the car park said we had to pay, we chased this up when we got home and were told it is free, to contact someone else about the refund only to be told no we won't be getting one as it isn't a pay and display car park. Won't go back as we could've parked in the street for free instead ‍

My god it's narrow. Saloon cars etc. are either going to kerb it or scuff alloys. It's confusing when trying to get out. Very warm, stuffy, bit claustrophobic. Prices are reasonable if you do have to park in the Centre. KEEP your entrance ticket on you. Used to activate doors to get on or out—though sometimes door is ajar and there is often someone on speaker. Pay on way out.
Good location, great price, we initially went to the Browns Yard car park which is an NCP car park but the prices were ridiculous and the location wasn't great, very pleased we moved on to Delamere St. Only criticism is the spaces are a little tight but I guess it's no different to any other multistorey car park I've been in.
I feel 3.5 stars is about right here. It's quite a new and modern car park with plenty of spaces that have nothing either end of them for those wanting 'end-spaces' and is reasonably priced compared to others near the city centre. The lighting is very good and feels very secure. Lifts are available and generally in good condition. My biggest gripe with this place is the entrance and exit, there are raised curbs which even in a medium sized vehicle are difficult to navigate and it's obvious from the amount of scuffs on the curb that many other drivers have suffered from this. ***If you run the car park and are reading this, do something about it please!!*** So, in summary, if you want to park near the city centre at a reasonable price and are either in a small car or a very confident driver, this is for you! If you're in a larger vehicle or aren't as confident, I'd avoid. First time you visit you'll know exactly what I mean :-
