Paying for lack of security at this car park. Some thief broke my window and stole my lab top and my university back pack.nDo not recommend any one to park their car in this ncp car park. Do not trust at all
Paying £150 a month for a supposedly secure car park, I have come back to find my window smashed and the few things that were in my car taken. I would not advise leaving your car here over night. Been using the car park 2 months and this has happened. I may as well have left it on the street. Definitely not patrolled as they claim on their website as I’ve never seen anyone there patrolling.
Not efficient! Barriers don’t open on your way out so every car is forced to call for assistance which takes around 10 minutes for the issue to be resolved. For the price you pay for the parking, you expect a better service!
Good location to park car if working in Birmingham. I park here regularly for work purposes. Some things I see here surprises me though for example, a new Audi on bricks with all four tyres stolen. Pic uploaded.nnHaving said that not had a bad experience.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I parked my car at this place only to return and find that my window had been smashed and my belongings stolen. There was absolutely no security, no staff around, and no assistance whatsoever.nnI reached out to management, and their response was completely unhelpful. No compensation, no real concern—just a terrible experience overall. It’s clear that they don’t take responsibility for anything that happens on their premises.nnThis place is unsafe, other than my own car , the same situation happened to another car at the same day.
