Great venue for business meetings.
Very clean and well maintained.
They could do with sorting the water presume out for the ladies toilets as they did not flush, slow to refill, but standards very clean toilet and plenty of tissues.
Plenty of coffee during breaks.
Evening meal was very good.
Waiting on staff very tentative and could not do enough for us.
Check post code is correct before you drive as they have 2 as it is off a very large roundabout and you could end up back on motorway if you are not careful.

Awful place! Had to go for part of a college course. Breakfast is very limited, no hash browns, no mushrooms no tomatoes but two types of sausages . Croissant is dry and cold, same for pain a chocolate, take away coffee cups run out quickly and they don't stock much. Afternoon restaurant meals are very expensive and very bad. Like frozen food. Chips are dry and tasteless, bread buns are like rocks and fish batter always soggy. 
The rooms are okay with the air-conditioning occasionally working, beds aren't the softest. Showers can vary between powerful and cold or weak and warm. 

Use this place for a quick night sleep if needed but avoid eating or staying here if possible.

Clean and well maintained with pleasant staff and reasonable food.  The drinks prices are a complete rip off and to add insult to injury the choice is limited to start with and half of what they are supposed to offer was off.  There were no beers or ales, only lagers, and even those were the less desirable brands.  £5.00 for a pint of Heineken in a boring bar, in West Bromwich is a bit cheeky.  The hotel rooms are clean but a little small.  Anyone on the large side would struggle to sit on the toilet in the cramped bathroom, although the decor is nice.

star because we could have had a much better double size room, the duvet and heating system could have been better, I was cold because of the environment outside and it took the heating system a while to warm up the room, the duvet was a bit light however I love the service, people was friendly and staff were very friendly and helpful, love the bathroom originality. The pool, gym and chilling areas was very nice and beautiful. The building to me looks a bit older than modern once, however all and all I liked the place.

Stayed many times in this hotel before. Good customer service over all. They try to accomodate & help always. Hotel need refurbishment with same staff. Good breakfast too. Must explore if you are looking to stay close to West Bromwich.
