Dartmouth Park

Lovely park, has all you need in a park and my best part was the lovely lake and swings of course. The place is often clean, the amount of times I have been there. Enough Space for different activities as well.

I have very fond memories of the park as a youngster. This was post expressway. There used to be a flower clock every year, there was a boating lake which was fun and they were looking to fix up the old cafe. When that was burnt down things very gradually deteriorated. Out came the 3 levels paddling pond. The playground was refreshed a couple of times, each time a little worse. Then around 2008 things started getting better. There are now 2 playgrounds both of which are better than ever. They have put in a new cafe (though with questions over design). They have renewed the fences etc. They have put a bandstand in. It's a great place now and I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice big park from Victorian? era with quite a large kid's play area and nicely laid out flower beds. The boating lake now has pedalow swans if you want to take to the water when the weather is good. The best thing about the park is that it joins Sandwell valley which has large wooded areas several lakes and a couple of farms which are visitor friendly. A great free family day out we'll worth a visit.

Great Park with two duck ponds and two play areas and a splash pool in the summer there is also a farm with farm yard animals but you do need to pay to get in

Great park to visit on various occasions! Plenty for kids to do. Short walk from Sandwell farm!
