Nice, bright and spacious. Quite a few floors for parking. Good location for shopping, cafés and restaurants. I was a little nervous about parking here because of other reviews stated the camera didn't capture their car registration and they were stuck.... no problems with that with me. Paying was straight forward - you can use cash or card. I would recommend this place NOTE: This part is an updated review: just looking at the taffif in one of my photos, it mentions "Membership benefits". I'm not a member, although the board does say anyone can park here, however as a non-member it'll cost you double on a weekday. Something to take into consideration.
Well presented, modern ticketing system car park. They have some discount offers, and a free membership club. I think you can get the price down to £14 a day. Reads numberplate on entry, pay on ground floor machines beside lift before exit.
I was very impressed with this car park. If you sign up on their up and register your vehicle, you get a good discount on the price. Even though we were in Birmingham only for the day, this was well worth it. It didn't take long at all to sign up. You put your vehicle details and card details and book your parking. And then that's it! No need to take the ticket, or remeber to pay etc. You just drive right out when you are done and it gets charged automatically to your card, the amount you stayed there for and they send a copy of the bill to your email address. Super easy and hassle free. The parking areas were very spacious and was simple to park in there. Wish there more places like this. Highly recommend!
Good location close to town centre 5 minute walk, well lit across many levels with wide spaces and easy to use kiosks. My only one small gripe is that it's completely unmanned, in case there were any problems to arise. Otherwise, can highly recommend.
It's a car park so let's not get too excited! But it is clean, bright, always has spaces. Has nice lifts and stairs. Good location.
Great carpark. Clean and tidy, well lit and good security. Prices are very competitive compared to other city centre parking. Nice and easy to pay and discounts for registering online plus the spaces are well sized.
This car park was easy to find and seems well organised. It is bright and the parking spaces are generous. A camera takes yours car registration and when you go to leave you enter your registration into the pay machine and it calculates how long you've parked.
I would rate this as the best UK car park. The layout, lighting, music yes they have piped music! and paperless payment system are perfection. Feels very safe
I have used the b4 quite a few times in the past when I have had a blood donor sessions in Birmingham. Today parked my vehicle and spent a few hours around the christmas Market with my granddaughter. Returning to the b4 I entered my registration into the system and it came back with nothing relating to my vehicle. So I was unable to pay for my stay. I pressed the help button to be shown a statement saying that I had to pick up a leaflet from the barrier at the exit and a member of staff would help me with making my payment. I found a leaflet but not one member of staff. Returning home I emailed the the contact address still waiting for a response. I rang them to be met with answer phone saying that they are really busy left my message stating what happened, still waiting for a response from them. I know what they will do, they will issue a penalty charge. I will never use that facility again. No staff were around to help me with my situation.
We use this car park when our son has appointments at Birmingham children's hospital. We really like it, the spaces are big, it's clean, tidy and well lit and the prices are reasonable if you're a member. The only reason I've given 2 stars is because the disabled lift has never been working everytime we've been and last time my son fell down the stairs. Not good for people with mobility issues. Today, the door on printing house street was locked so we had to walk all the way around to get to the hospital which is a long walk for those with mobility problems. Please sort these issues as until you have mobility problems yourself or a child that does, you don't realise how things like this make life so difficult.
