Worst experience. Been there to change 4 tyres, do tracking and balance. They did the job but had to return 2 days later as my steering wheel was shaking at 50/70 miles /h and keep trying to steer left. They did the job again but there was no change. Been to another garage to do the tracking and balance, had to pay again. Only incompetent ppl works there. Avoid them if you want to save your money.

Went for a oil and filter change. Told they don't stock parts anymore and would have to wait an hour after I'd arrived and they woudnt take a payment over the phone. In the end I waited and hour and 40 mins! no one said anything. I complained using their complaints proceedure and someone from the team asked me what branch it was, then nothing. No company is perfect but not saying sorry for the delay at the time and then not following up a comlaint shows poor business practice and customer service.

I always take my car here for repairs and always get a great service. Sarah is a dedicated manager and I would recommend this place to anyone.
