I got balloons filled up with helium at the store. I bought all the balloons from this store, as they didnt give any guarantee of balloons from any other shop. So I got one number balloon of 6, one happy birthday balloon and 12 confetti filled birthday balloons for my son's birthday party, alongwith 4 weights. I got them filled at 10.30am and the party was at 4pm. But by 4pm, all the balloons were quite deflated and it spoiled all the birthday decoration. I am attaching pictures that I took at home at 3.30pm. This was the condition after just 5 hours. Obviously I had other things to do as well before the birthday party, and the staff assured me it will stay good for 24 hours. But it was a huge disappointment.nThe lady told me the price 3 times. Maybe she thought I cant pay. It was quite insulting the way she repeated the price twice. I do dress simple, but that doesnt mean I cant afford things. I assured her that yes I want all these balloons with helium, I will pay for it. But at the end, she charged me but the service was a big disappointment.
Staff so helpful, nothings to much trouble, you only have to ask if you cant find anything and they show you exactly where it is, lovely shop so conveniently placed,in a shopping park, great all round
Could live in this place if I was allowed to. The staff were lovely, helped me get a discount with their app sign up, and of course the crafting things were great quality. Only thing I’d have loved was more clay varieties on shelf I went to find polymer clay, but you can’t have everything!
The staff are always so friendly and helpful here. There is a particularly good member of staff called Fiona who knows loads about arts and crafts and is always so happy to help.
Everything is very low quality. The food they sell is so processed, it has an extremely long shelf life.nIt looks like it has a lot of stuff, but it's all the stuff you don't want... In fact, you can almost be sure that if you find it there, it's bad for you! Just comic...
