Unbelievably long queues...every time.nSelf service checkout queue is often half the length of the store...and the staffed checkouts are excrutiatingly slow. Like its run by sloths on ketamine.nExpect to wait 10-15 mins on a weekend. I gave up after 5 mins in a queue that wasnt moving... zero queue in Aldi or M&S, the shops either side so I went to then instead.
Bought this today because it was a freebie and will expire tomorrow but it still made me pay. I made sure I picked up the right item.
every time I go to this lidl I am treated poorly.. customer service is a dirty phrase there.. it seems. maybe they need to be paid more? maybe they need to be paid less.. all I know is.. they are MEAN, LAZY and UNHELPFUL. get it together, lidl workers.
First time ever in this store. Very cramped, aisles not that wide and a lot of customers leaving trolley's in the middle so can't pass by. Only saw one pallet, in first cheese aisle. Near impossible to get by. But I was in there at half one, so bound to be crowded. They only had two tills going, I can't stand the self service tills. However I did get everything I needed for the week. A good range of food and other bits, which is great! So may return soon!!!... Greek specials next week,,, and love baklava.
Great store, tidy and logically laid out, much better then others I've visited. Staff are polite too!
