Staff a bit unpleasant, but I prefer that over fake smiles. Toilet out of order, which isn't very nice for long stays. Overall I'd say just what you can hope to expect in a town like Borehamwood. Nice tea though, and they'll let you add your own milk from a cup.

Starbucks ... Good atmosphere , good range of drinks . Never feel that you cannot stay as long as you like . A perfect place to relax .

Absolutely apaling service, my mother and a friend were ordering and were given coffee in a paper mug. When they asked for the drinks in china mugs, the server asked "Why didn't you bloody say so!?" - they were so struck by the rudeness they simple told her she hadn't asked, but we'll never come back. How people like this are allowed to work here is unbelievable.

Yes, you can sit here for hours but it is still an overpriced watered coffee that you'll get. Not my cup of coffee.

No Soya in store, so instead of substituting Almond milk for free, I get charged 40p extra. A Litre Of soya and almond are literally the same price in the supermarket. Go figure !
