These guys at the Borehamwood branch work extremely hard. There’s never and idle moment. Baz manages them very well and keeps the operation smooth. I’m an nhs worker and rely on a functional and reliable car. They sorted out my slow puncture and had the right size replacement tyre. Worth the wait. Thank you!
I’m very impressed!! I Work as a nurse in A&E and just finished my busy night shift to find my tire was completely flat! I managed to get to quick fit just as they opened, I did not have to wait at all. The manager was very efficient and got my tyre changed within 10 minutes! Thank you so much!
Pulled in the day before Christmas Eve due to some scraping noise from the car. They saw us with in 30mins and sorted the problem. The staff were lovely and friendly and I was so impressed with their level of customer service and professionalism. Thanks to all and Merry Christmas to your team.
The guys at Borehamwood are great - they managed to fit me in on New Years Eve, even though they were really busy and trying to close early, knowing I needed my car over the Bank Holiday weekend. I had to return again just over a week later with another flat - potholes everywhere! - and they dealt with it again, taking all the stress out of the situation. Many, many thanks!
Complete job wasn't done and the manager insisted he was doing a favour. I had to go to main dealer and pay more to complete the job. Double money and double time. Job and money should not have been taken if unable to complete. Had I known the team couldn't reset the tyre pressure system computer after replacing then I would have gone elsewhere. Wasted my time, acted as though the job was done for free.
Incredibly disappointed with my service today. Terrible customer service, just so unbothered. Booked in MOT and was failed on a blocked windscreen washer. Was told they didn't have time to do the job until monday. Took it to an independent garage Goodmans who were AMAZING and they did it in 30 seconds. When i returned to kwikfit to be passed they saw to a walk in who was unfront of me in the que and 2 other staff members were chatting out the front. They didn't do my job as it wasnt chargable so they couldn't mug me off. Never returning, go to Halfords or Goodmans, the level of customer service is worlds apart
Extremely helpful service from Bav and team. Tried all they could to help me, free of charge, and eventually redirected me to a competitor when they did not have the tyre I required. Very honest folks who were looking out for the customer. Other places could have easily ripped me off or given me bad advice so that I would buy a product. Thank you Bav!
The team came to rescue when I got a flat tyre! They so kindly jumped straight onto the job as I had a young baby to get back to, even though they were short staffed that day. Thank you once again Ermir & Kay! Happy mum and baby were reunited very quickly
Had 4 new tyres installed flawlessly 1 year ago, and went again 2 weeks ago for a flat tyre. They investigated and quickly found the 2 nails, after some discussions agreed to change the tyres which they did on the spot. Really friendly and helpful and job is impeccable. Only one downside is they are not the cheapest around by quite a bit on tyres.
I always have a great experience here. Today Ermir showed why he is always the best at customer service. I had a damaged rear tyre which I needed replaced ASAP the one family car and MOT due. I popped into Kwik Fit, Emir who was already busy appreciated my predicament and did his best to sort my tyre out. He managed to squeeze me in to start the work, but realised that the tyres in store were not the most suitable I needed run flats. He gave me sensible advice on the right tyres for me and once I was happy he got on the phone and ordered the right one for me to arrive the first thing the next morning. Absolutely brilliant customer service from Ermir. I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to do one here, as the experience at Kwik Fit was fantastic and Ermir was brilliant. I will continue to come here in future for any car issues
