Sold me the display shoe despite a staff member specifically asked them not to. My old trainers were broken so have had no choice but to wear one uncomfortable shoe that they clearly knew was bad as they wanted it gone. Nothing i can do about it due to their refund/exchange policies. Do yourselves a favour and make the trip to the camden store, much better selection of stuff and much better service
I’ve been there today and I wanted to buy some clothes for my brother, When I go to the till I’ve told the the girl there that I had some coins 50p 20p with me!than she said she wanted to ask the manager after 5 minutes she came back at the till,she said to me that she couldn’t accept the coins because she couldn’t count them it is money guys, I don’t recommend this place
Absolutely amazing customer service from Nicole. She went out of her way to help with an issue we had with returning an online order. And the guy with the deep voice was very funny with our baby!
Very disappointed! I bought a shoes about 3 months ago and I used it only 4-5 times and the edges are started to fall apart! I took it back to this JD store with the receipt and they refused to give me any help, no refund or exchange have been offered! The staff was rude and not helpful at all! I won't return any of your branch as quality of your shoes are very bad and your staff is not trained for customer service!
The guys working on shop floor were great... really helpful and made a nice experience for my 2 little boys buying trainers... but when I got to the till I was served by the rudest young lady! Have made an official complaint to head office, am waiting for them to get back to me

Fantastic JD sports. The atmosphere is really nice helpful and charming friendly smiley staff safe environment good value for money excellent selection of the latest trainers and tracksuits from the big brand sports makers Adidas Nike all the big names fantastic store and I picked up some great tops on offer. Thank guys. Thumbs up
Very quiet when I went in, social distancing floor stickers and tape all around the store.
Always really easy to find a matching outfit and get some high end clothing/shoes, nice people to talk to and helpful too
Dont work or buy from here. Managers are unprofessional. Rude and downgrading towards their staff and customers. Head office said they want them removed because they keep receiving complaints. Which I hope takes action very soon. They all have no knowledge of how to work in customer service. And they keep firing very good staff that are friendly and work hard for no reason. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.
