It is amazing how often this place gets 5 stars and deserves every one of them.nThe food is ALWAYS good, the service impeccable and the atmosphere just right.nThis is our go to easy diner.nnOne of the things that always stands out is that everyone is trying to provide the best possible experience.nnMy recommendations are Sxollie cider and the new chicken wrap. Open it as up and douse it with sauce.
Dined here tonight. The waiters/waitresses all attentive. I was informed that food would be running late, they were apologetic, and to accommodate us, I was offered complimentary starters for the inconvenience. These things happen so I am always understanding however I appreciated the gesture from whom I believe to be the manager as I and the kids were absolutely starving so thank you. Brilliant customer service. I received a great service overall and would definitely recommend
Off day I'm guessing. Some of the food arrived cold so we requested it came fresh. The fresh replacement came a good while later. It seemed as if we were forgotten about. Not a great experience this time.
I like Nandos , and they have delicious chicken, but this time I must say my dish was quite salty. Definitely the cook ‍ needs to be more careful .
Visited Nando’s today with a few of the lads from work and on arrival the customer care was greatly received by a worker by the name of Naomi. She was very helpful and took time out for 1 of my friends to understand the menu. Food arrived freshly cooked and tasted great nNaomi had a great presence at work and made our stay at Nando’s great. Highly recommend even if just to see the great customer service you receive
