Food was as usual hot, well made and the ambience was as good as ever. Kids enjoyed it too. The only problem was that we didn't get the dessert of choice and had to make do with what was available.. The service wasn't as good as the other Nando's we have been too either

My partner and I decided to have a meal at this restaurant The dining experience was pleasant, clean and with a punctual arrival of food. We had enjoyed our order of the 1/4 chicken and sunset burger with sides, the staff provided an initially friendly service until we left. I am a transgender woman and in many cases, i am aware of when people have noticed this fact. Unfortunately, the staff this day noticed. I was made aware of this when several different members of the staff came by to our table to what could only be seen as "having a look" On a day when it was very empty this pattern of behaviour was unusual. When my partner and I were leaving a number of staff in the kitchen made a very loud effort of mocking my voice by mimicking it as well as making a number of mutterings and obvious looks which made me feel very uncomfortable. This behaviour was not only unacceptable but falls within the realms of the definition of a hate crime in the UK. After having an enjoyable evening at the restaurant it was quickly ruined by this horrible experience which has left me with a complete lack of desire to return and emotional distress. I have never come across this level of obvious and bold transphobia from restaurant staff from any other business. I had hoped this restaurant was a place where ALL people would be made to feel welcome but from my recent experience, it has taught me this is a place to avoid and fear if you are transgender.

Nice food, the takeaway system however, is poor and at busy periods can make you wait over 30 minutes.. The food is generally quite quick to come out once ordered, but getting seated can also take a long time... Try the livers, even if you don't like liver, it may surprise you!

Waited over 30 mins, place was not even busy for a Sunday. Manager and workers just walked around, not focused on customer service. Food came, was not full of flavor, sauce was not enough. A disappointment.

Food was excellent but service was poor. Asked staff questions about certain ingredients and they replied they would come back to me. Waited and chased but still no answer. 20mins later after colleagues have half finished their lunch, i just Google it myself and then ordered.
