Food is nice but the staff have to be prompted to serve you. Poor service. Unfriendly grumpy staff. Whatever you do don't ask for ketchup!

Same boring menu, but the service was acceptable, as the price is quite reasonable I can't really complain but a little something new would be welcomed.

Great food at a good price, and they were able to accommodate my large party at short notice. I will visit again for sure.

Bland and overpriced - being Sicilian & seeing the arancini on the menu made me so excited to be able to eat these wonderful balls of rice in England..... They were tiny in comparison to the ones you get in Sicily & tasted of nothing! A disgrace to the legacy of Italian cooking and to Antonio Carluccio's legacy. Perhaps they should have actual Italian chefs, that might give them a certain edge. It reminded me of the reason I don't go to Italian restaurants, it's NEVER as good as my mum's & therefore not authentic....

Avoid this restaurant!!! The staff and manager are useless and unprofessional. We walked out after waiting 20mins for a menu. Mr Carluccio would be very disappointed.
