Lovely place, looks spectacular from the outside, plush inside too. Buffet food was tasty, especially the starters. Would have liked a more spicy option on the mains though. I had a pint of kingfisher and it was properly cold, just how it should be. I thought it was not bad value, some of our party said they would have liked more options on the puddings, but I was stuffed anyhow
Food tastes OK and service was ok, if a little slow. Probably one of the most expensive restaurants for Indian food I have visited though, so good for special occasions but not a weekly visit.
This place is brilliant. Been here many times! Excellent service to accommodate the amazing food served here. Worth the long journey from London.
Worst food I have had in along time. Decor is out dated and wanting. Use to be classy. Service is stale. Will not visit again.
Fabulous place delicious food excellent service would definitely go back
We went for the first time last night, what a lovely place to eat! Such a great atmosphere inside, lovely decor and great background music. A wide range on the menu and amazing food. Really loved every part of the meal. Diana was very nice and helpful, very refreshing to get such great service. I will be recommending to everyone!
It's got the feel of a cruise ship restaurant from 1995. Badly in need of a refurb. Took a while to be seated and even longer for drinks. Staff were a little abrupt at times. Food was good and well prepared. Generous portions and very tasty! Pretty expensive place overall.
This place gets mixed reviews... personally I love it! Externally the building is amazing. Very grand. Internally it is a little outdated but that's not to say it is not elegant or nice. Personally I love the food. The prawn puree starter is just amazing! Service is always with a smile and very polite. Would recommend this place.
I've been going to Jaipur for over 20 years and just love the variety of dishes in a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and attentive well most and the menu is interesting with dishes not found in the local curry house. The building is iconic in the Milton Keynes area and gives the feeling of a little taste of India albeit a little ostentatious. It's worth a visit at least once, although be warned it can be pricey, but worth it.
The building looks very impressive and we had high hopes based on feedback. We stood for sometime without being noticed at the door. This is absolutely fine, we appreciate that the restaurant might have been busy. Then at last somebody walked up to us and asked us to take a seat at their waiting area with no further information. Just over five minutes in, we decided to leave. I do apologise but we were hungry and pushed for time. Just an explanation would have been appreciated, “we are just preparing your table”, “there is a slight wait for a table due to high demand” or just offer us a drink. Cannot comment of food but customer service seems a bit behind.
