One of my favourite restaurants in Milton Keynes. You can park your car just around, the staff is nice. The food is awesome. Their special soup as an entree is recommended. I visited this place many times, never disappointed. Recommend

Food was great so I'd recommend this restaurant on that basis. However it was run a bit poorly due to staff on the midweek lunch trip I visited mostly due to pricing errors. They advertised a 2 course lunch as £9.95 (1 course for £7.95) but I was charged more than this (£10.95, one meal had a £1 surcharge which was on the menu but came to £11.95). They also charged £3.95 for an orange juice which is outrageous. They have fresh mixed juice cocktails advertised at this price (just orange not on the menu) but we asked for the basic soft drink advertised at £2. It tasted like a basic cordial rather than fresh too. I pointed this out to the staff when paying but got shrugged shoulders rather than any attempt to remedy or apologise. Our waiter also missed out a dish we ordered completely but as my son didn't eat much fortunately we could share. A real shame as we thought the food itself was great and would come back for more if it had better staff.

Really enjoyed the food. Service was good. It was busy and had to wait for a table but was not more than 10 minutes. Worth the wait would definitely eat here again. Clean and tidy good staff and good selection on the menu. Good for couples of all ages.

This was my first visit to Banana Tree and it won't be the last. I absolutely loved the decor, the service and the food. We were a party of 6 and we all ordered different things. All the dishes came at the same time, very quickly and piping hot. Every dish looked really beautiful and tasted amazing. The salad leaves were so fresh they looked like they had just been picked. There was nothing to fault. We had two young men serving us throughout the meal and they were the absolute definition of professional. Helpful, kind, prompt, polite yet friendly, smartly dressed well groomed. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the temperature was spot on, the music was varied and interesting and loud enough for us to enjoy but we could still easily continue our conversation. The restaurant is set up in such a way that although there were plenty of other people in there we wouldn't have known it. We didn't wait at any time for anything and we were in our own area and it seemed that whenever we needed anything one of the waiters appeared and yet they were not in the slightest bit intrusive. Our meal, two courses with one non alcoholic drink each worked out at £21 per head. A perfect evening. Thank you

good for drinks and fun. but unfortunately not for a peaceful nice dinner. Although the food taste great and really different, it is too noisy, cant even have a decent conversation. Good selection of drinks and staff is very friendly and helpful. really trendy place in a great location. Parking is free after 6pm around The Hub.
