Wow, brilliant place, the food is amazing, quality is great and a nice portion size, the interior is very nice and an all round nice atmosphere. very clean all around. As well as that when i was having my meal i noticed someone had dropped their drink after a matter of seconds a staff member picked up on this and cleaned it straight away, i highly recommend that you visit this place one night for a meal, you will not be disappointed.

I am writing in relation to a visit I made to Chimichangas on the evening of 14th February 2018. We ordered drinks, starters and mains. The starters consisted of 3 starters, the grilled chorizo & halloumi, buffalo tenders and fresh guacamole. In the main they were okay but the guacamole was rather bland, in my opinion. I ordered the chicken chimichanga and my partner had the Mexican paella. Upon tasting my chimichanga, I’ve found it was barely warm and the rice it was served with was stone cold. I have been unable to catch the waiter’s attention and hasn’t returned to see if everything was okay, so I’ve mistakenly eaten the chimichanga and left the rice. When the waiter returned to clear our plates he has asked if the meal was okay. I have asked if the rice is supposed to be served cold, a genuine question. The waiter has responded “I’ll see what I can do”. Upon returning to the table, he stated there was nothing he could do; we should have said something earlier and presented us with the bill. At no point has he answered my question if the rice was supposed to be served cold. He has also not asked us if we wanted any more drinks or even a desert. He then said we weren’t going to receive a discount. Again at no point have I asked for a discount, just clarification if the rice on my meal was supposed to be served cold. I have paid the bill and left, obviously leaving no tip for the awful customer service I have received. My complaint is about the disgusting way we were dealt with, I was genuinely appalled that the waiter didn’t address the issue and immediately was on the defensive. If this is what to expect from Chimichangas then I will give it a wide berth in future.

Had a quesadilla just to get it to be dry and hard and filled with dry unseasoned chicken and massive mushrooms and no sauce rice was hard made an complaint never heard anything back from waitress after she told me she will speak with the kitchen staff for the price it was terrible.. Only good thing was the staffs kindness

Don't bother booking a table as anyone who walks through the door they will seat meaning they don't have tables for people who have booked. We arrived at 7pm (when our table was booked) but had to wait until 7.20pm to be seated. Our drinks order wasn't taken until 7.50pm after flagging down the waitress twice. When the food came out and hour and a half after we had arrived it was luke warm/cold and bland. Will not be returning, ever!
