The staff are so tentative and happy, good music which isn’t too loud. The food is lush and for a great price too. Perfect for a date, family meal or even a catch up with friends. Lovely surroundings. Very impressed would definitely recommend.

Ridiculously poor service. My starter took 40 minutes to arrive and my main took another 40 to arrive! Not once were we updated on wait times and what is even more appalling is the restaurant was half empty! What a joke!

As our mains turned up, the Xscape building was evacuated. Staff made sure everyone was cleared, promising to sort food out once we were let back in. Once this happened, our meals were quickly and efficiently re-made fresh and we were given complimentary drinks and told that all meals would be complimentary as advised by the area manager. Strange that we left a busy restaurant, but on returning, there was us and one other table who I think had returned to pay, but not over other person came back. I can only assume they thought it would be a good time to nip off and get a free meal. I hope they are happy with their decision and rushed or deserted meals....we enjoyed not only lovely, freshly prepared food, but also complimentary drinks and a thoroughly pleasant meal with a team of very competent, friendly staff who could not do enough to make our meal as nice as possible. Well done, guys, you are a credit to your company.

My pizza was nice but my wife's plaster dish had very little sauce, meat or vegetables... basically just an expensive bowl of pasta. Like the couldn't afford other the rest of the ingredients. Service was not friendly but not unpleasant just like no one cares.

Went for lunch during the week and was served homemade lemonade which was a lovely touch. Great to see a vegan menu. Food was nice and tasty.
