The waitress took all of our menus, but I kept one back and put it in the menu holder in case we wanted something else. When we were eating our food the waitress sneakily took the menu away. PRINT SOME MORE MENUS NANDO'S!!!! The chicken was nicely cooked, but portion sizes a little small. The ice cream was to die for. The lattice work decor looked dusty and cobwebby... it's lucky Gordon Ramsey wasn't there that night. A nice evening with the family. Just a few pointers to make it better.

The ambiance is as expected, the food spectacular, the only thing that let's it down is the space. For a restaurant in an Outlet, one would expect to have more space that your typical Pub. Asides that, it's worth recommending.

Best nandos I've been too. Come here on regs. Never disappointed! Well cooked and prepped food, with fast service.

For those that love their Nando's my rating and review will make no difference, they'll be there. For everyone else, it's a decent experience and easy and quick to eat. If you've never been, give it a try. This is as representative of the chain as any other.

CHICKEN TASTED PRE COOKED AND SO WAS MASH AND CHIPS WERE STALE, ADVISED MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHOULD HAVE RAISED ALARM AT THE STORE, POOR SERVICE POOR UALITY FOOD
