Visited the Hatfield branch for the first time and there were no problems. Food arrived very quickly, our server, Poornima, was very polite, and our meals were great.

Sunday lunch with family at Nandos. Very friendly service , we was able to get table without booking. Order easy and quick you are using your phone to place your order.  Price for 5 people not bad £100+ only one minus my daughter wrap was mild  but still to hot for her., Overall all food was very nice and tasty

Ordered off of Deliveroo, avoid on Fridays as apparently too busy to insure no meat in a vegetarian meals.nnHaven’t eaten meat in over 42 years and ordered a vegetarian meal and someone’s put a big chunk of chicken in the wrap. Wasn’t even a whole piece of chicken so have no idea why it was put in the vegetarian wrap.nnCalled the store and they said “ sorry it’s a Friday night and really busy” this is not good enough. Didn’t seem bothered at all.nnMy body is no longer used to eating meat so this has caused me to throw up instantly.

This Nandos is one of the most welcoming in the UK. The staff is so cheerful and happy to receive you in the most professional way. The tables are kept clean and the interior of the restaurant is an elegant afro style design. On top of all these, the food is very tasty and served with care. Whether you want hot, extra hot or mild, you will get exactly what you asked for.

Fikayo served us from start to finish and was amazing. The food came promptly and she was very attentive. This isn’t the first time fikayo has delivered great customer service when at Nando’s!
