We love visiting this place. 
Has a welcoming feel to a family outing.
We celebrate all our birthdays here and enjoy the range of food even though we're not that adventurous.
Happy to recommend as we regularly visit.

The whole chain has gradually been getting worse.

Stopped in for a lunch, found some nice looking eats in the menu... then it goes downhill. 

Poor server running about the whole restaurant and clearly has too many tables to look after. Friendly enough but slow service. 

Food was poor, especially for the price! Bland, poorly cooked, just a poor show overall, but half a star for the chips, they weren’t that bad at all.

The other half of the star is the fact they were good enough to refund the food...

But I’d take it away again, if I could as there was just dirty plates left stacked in the dining area on one of the little fold out stands. That’s just poor for business. 

Never going back, so do yourself a favour and eat in the other restaurants in the Galleria - or go to the Wetherspoons across the road. 

Or wait and eat at home...

Complete Trash of a "restaurant". Food 2/10 only because the quantity of the 'pasta carbonara' was not bad. However, runny, tasteless and a total waste of our money. Apart from the trash can "food" IF you can even call that food; Disgusting bathrooms. Never Again.

Ordered coke and tango. They said "Will a Pepsi do?" Sure. But still charged extra 20p for regular Pepsi although Pepsi Max was cheaper. Odd. We ordered the "meat feast/ platter: tasteless, no seasoning or flavour. You can't go wrong with potato halves and cheese but they somehow managed that as well; soggy and soft. Or were those mushroom halves? We will never know.. main course: w Carbonara plates. As mentioned above; grotesque. I just pushed my plate away. I didn't ask for my money back because my partner kept telling me that it doesn't matter. Next time I experience such a poor service I will definitely open my mouth. I'm so sick of wasting my money in these restaurants and getting Zero back. Waiters were not showing any interest in the fact that the plate was still full. Just cashed the money and off he goes. I love it!

Went today for mother’s day. Mums eat free so I went all out and had an ultimate mixed grill. It was awful. Steak was cooked so quick the outside was burned but inside was pink. Burned so much I couldn’t chew it. I got one and a half onion rings and when questioned was told they were just there for show. The mushroomed supposedly sautéed where from a tin. Bbq ribs had no bbq sauce on them, just plain pork and was basically told oops! And when I asked for the garlic sauce they forgot they came back with garlic butter. If I was paying I would have sent it back. Aside from that the music was not that of an expected Frankie and Bennys. It’s supposed to be authentic 1950s American not lady gaga!
The candy crush ice cream was half empty. And we got given someone else’s bill which was very bizarrely printed on to a dunelm till receipt. Had two mock tails that tasted of nothing but cheap orange juice. Not how we usually have them at other stores. You overall awful food, quick lazy and nasty

Very disappointed 😢 we prebooked online a table for our sons 5th birthday on New Year’s Day. On arrival it wasn’t busy, but we were given a very small table which we would struggle to seat 5 adults and 3 children even though we had confirmed the numbers in advance.  After some time we were moved. Once we ordered it got worse. The service was slow and when the starters finally arrived they were cold! We were informed, don’t worry we will get more starters. We had booked this restaurant as previously it had been a really lovely experience and we felt that it’s petfect atmosphere for a family birthday celebration. Overall the food was terrible, service was slow and poor. The bar area was stacked up with plates and glasses which looked terrible. I was never so upset to have booked somewhere where we thought would be a lovely experience and it turned out to be totally rubbish. We even had to ask them to sing to our little boy which was so poor. I don’t know what was going on that day in that restaurant, but it was terrible. It’s not a lot to just want hot food, service with a smile and a child celebrating their birthday to feel special. Really let down and disappointed with our visit.
