Orders always take a minimum of ten minutes. Even if all you ordered was a coffee. It can be 1am and all you want is a drink. Completely empty and they still take ten minutes as a minimum. If busy, guaranteed fifteen minutes at a minimum but closer to twenty minutes. No, the food is not warm after waiting that long and the coffee will be closer to lukewarm.nnSome of the staff are brilliant but unfortunately, two of the managers are absolute monsters. Rude, uncaring and happy to call security on you for speaking up. I replied to the rude manager asking her to use logic on what she was saying to me in an extremely rude way. She picked up her phone and called security. She could be heard in the back shouting refuse him I don't care about him refund him I don't care security is coming. Keep in mind, I never raised my voice or never got angry. All I said was please use logic, how is what I am doing a health and safety issue. I said it in an extremely friendly tone.nnI received my refund from another rude manager and left. The other customers who heard this all looked extremely uncomfortable and could be heard complaining under their breaths.
I don’t normally go for McDonald’s but needed something simple for lunch so we visited McDonalds. This branch is very modern compared to how I remember McDonald’s. Ordering is via the terminal or your phone app. You can either collect your food or have it delivered to you. I tried the special BBQ Ranch Stack and it was very nice. Would visit again.
Hatfield McDonalds at the gallaria, what a disappointment in service, waited half an hour to be served, and for staff members not to be aware of how to serve a customer. Food items missing as my partner and I both ordered a large mc plant meal with an extra patty, when we got back home, we opened the box to find no extra patty and the large fries containers to be half empty, yet we were charged the full amount. We were also served no straws or napkins, and had to ask for a drink holder after being passed two mc flurries & two drinks. Sort it out, this is completely unacceptable especially when I tried to call the restaurant to try and rectify this multiple times with no answer. If no action is taken up by McDonald's Hatfield in response to this I will not be visiting the restaurant again. I would give no stars if possible.
Best hotel in Milton Keynes... me and my wife love it here at Novotel. We have been visiting here for the last 10 years... and the staff member are extremely helpful.
recently visited this McDonald's late at night, and I was truly disappointed by the state of the restaurant. It was extremely dirty—tables were left uncleaned, the floors were sticky, and there was visible trash scattered around the dining area. It was clear that there had been no effort to maintain cleanliness, and it made the dining experience very unpleasant. I’ve always trusted McDonald's for quick service and a consistent environment, but this visit was far from that standard. I hope they take better care of their cleanliness in the future, especially during late hours.
