Busy McDonald’s been coming here for years now. nice layout inside and always fast being served. Unfortunately the drive thru is very very slow it would probably be quicker parking and going inside to order and eat! Always big ques for drive thru and 9 times out of 10 you ll have to park and wait for order. Otherwise staff are always friendly and helpful and food good standard

Supposedly Fast food! After waiting 10 minutes in drive thru cue and not moving decided to park up and go inside as had to pick up one of my children. After another 10 minutes standing at the front of a cue inside I was finally informed that no cash payments were possible as they were ‘way behind already!’ And no tills were open. Finally ordered through one of the self service machines. It took another 25 minutes for our food to arrive. I had to arrange someone else to pick my daughter up. When I drove around the corner realised Burger King’s drive thru only had a 3 car cue; wish I had gone there. Awful service, don’t bother!

They keep charging customers for large fries but serve you medium portion in large box...!!! I see no point paying extra for large serving if you going to get medium anyway. This is really disgusting and unprofessional way of dealing with customer. Also a perfect example of corporate greediness...

Been coming to this one for over 20yrs.Ive seen staff come and go..The managers here are always so helpful and its nice when they see a regular face! The floors..furniture is always kept clean...due to the Univetsity nearby and the odeon upstairs..ut can get really busy!! But with self service pay at paypoint..csn help you not only pick your zone to sit...but helps you get your foid that little bit quicker.. there is also a Drive thru if you cant stay.
