Personally, i do like this place as the food I've ordered every time I've gone there has been really nice. However, my issue is with the service they provide, although staff are helpful and polite, they take an absolute age to come to take your order and to collect payment. Today's visit consisted of 40 minutes waiting to order and pay. It's getting a little frustrating now and needs taking care of!

We visited this place on a Friday night to dine for our daughter's birthday because she had personally chosen this one. We were disappointed because despite the place was busy, we sat down and waited for almost half an hour and nobody approached us and accommodate us. We even approached the manager if there was an available table despite the fact that there were many tables that were free due to customers finishing their food. We just ended up eating at Pizza Express next-door which accommodated us even though the place was busy and we were not disappointed.

Booked through Groupon. Sat down asked for Groupon menu, given main menu, checked we could order from this, told yes. Chose food reminded staff we had Groupon voucher not a problem they said. Eventually the penny dropped and we were told we had ordered from wrong menu!!!! Waited 40 minutes for a tiny bowl of pasta. The voucher was worth up to £46, our food if freshly prepared at home was £10 if that. Staff very inattentive. Avoid!!

This was a rather unpleasant visit. Haven't been here before and they did not give a good impression. They had no dough for pizza and didn't tell us at the door, so half the menu was unavailable. Their head chef, Mike made a star appearance. Chips were undercooked and flavourless. It was a shambles. I doubt if I'd go again.
