Had a Order delivered with half the chicken missing and also half the soggy batter not even on the chicken and when I went to KFC to confront them about this, they said this was acceptable. Never order from this KFC. The Manager did not accept blame and kept blames the delivery service when it's KFC who prepared the food. What a joke!!!! Absolutely disgusting attitude from this KFC
Good food but filthy toilets. I've only been here 4 times but every time the toilets look like they've not been cleaned for days. I mentioned this to the nice chap at the counter but they still hadn't been cleaned when I left. Also, the restaurant area is freezing cold. I expect they probably don't want kids sitting around all day causing trouble so best to just go for the drive thru. The food was good and the staff friendly, but I wouldn't go back again to eat in, especially not with the family.
Self order using the screens.nA 10 minute wait for the food which was okay. The place is freezing cold inside so kept our coats on!nFood was hot and received everything we ordered which doesn’t always happen when you order online or go through the drive thru!nWheelchair accessible.
The chicken wings tastes are really old it’s not fresh wings.
