Not bad. We came to play 2 games of bowling. Top tip: cheapest to book by the hour (usually), can squeeze 2 games into that time. The lane stopped working about 5 times, which was a massive irritation. Hence the 4 stars. Staff were good and sorted it out relatively swiftly, but it did put a halt to the game several times. Good atmosphere.

We enjoyed a full rainy day here. Staff were polite, and helpful. Shout out to the gentleman at the bowling alley reception desk. The only downside for me was cost of bowling - £38 for an hour for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Soft play came in at £6.50 for an hour and a half of play.

MUSIC VOLUME WAY TOO HIGH. It certainly isn't necessary to ensure that your companions are intelligent, mentally stimulating and sociable as conversation at this venue is all but impossible. Not only that, but each staff member has been handed the ability to sue for hearing loss/tinnitus and damage to vocal chords on a plate. In and of itself, ten pin bowling is a lovely game and we'd certainly go more often, but for our family and circle of friends, it's become a once in five years visit due to the unpleasantly high noise levels.

I have been just for the bowling experience. The venue states its accessible to all and yes they do have an accessible lane for wheelchair users but its at the end of the row right next to a wall, so you cannot choose where you would like to bowl.( Unlike other bowling alleys in the area) The biggest problem is, is if you have a group of wheelchair bowlers (three or more) there is no where to go. The space is so tight the group becomes fragmented, Players end up waiting for there turn away from the lane. I tried to use the lane next to the accessible lane but i became stuck as the fixed seating area was not wide enough to allow my wheelchair to pass. They do have an accessible toilet but its slightly on the small side not much turning space at all. They do have a large car park with around 10 disabled bays, parking is free so long as you put your number plate into the computer at recipton. On the up side the deals of the bowling sessions are very good value for money.

Thank you so much to Ellen the host we had for my son's 9th birthday party you did a great job and were very patient especially as there where 13 kids to sort out. Well done you made this experience great and will see you for the next one xx
