While visiting friends in Stafford we booked a couple of games bowling at Tenpin over the Easter weekend.nAs well as bowling you can also donKaraoke, Laser Tag, Soft Play, Escape RoomsnArcades & Pool.nPlease check their website as some of the experiences need to be booked and paid for in advance.nOn arrival the checking in at the reception went smoothly and in no time we were on a lane bowling.nThe place was very busy but everyone there seemed to be enjoying themselves and the staff were working hard keeping the venue clean and tidy.nIf you drive make sure on arrival you enter your car registration on the keypad or you will end up getting a fine!
This review is mainly for the remarkable attitude and approach staff had on a couple of occasions.nnOnce I forgot to put the registration in and had a parking ticket come through. I rang in and a lovely female staff put me at ease instantly, her clear, yet reassuring customer service guidance, together with her manager, Carl, who provided the necessary support exemplary. It really made the whole panicking experience, into one of gratitude. Thank you both apologies I cant remember the lady's name, it really made a difference and cemented my believe in great people and great services.nnNobody likes to get those fines and I will make sure to put the reg in, usually my friend does it.nnAnother time, I paid to play for an hour, but we had to leave 10min in last minute reasons. We were still in the car park when the manager Carl came to ask if we were ok and, when we said yes, he offered us a free hour to go back anytime. We were very pleasantly surprised and accepted, of course. Who pays attention to that level these days?! Obviously, Carl! Thank you very much! nnI come here to play pool sometimes, pretty straight forward to book and enjoy the game. It works a treat for us.
First time visiting here, what a great venue. Lots of promotional offers, combining food and bowling games.nOther activities include arcade games, karaoke and soft play area. Definitely recommend a visit.
Fab time bowling and soft play but it was genuinely way too crowded in the soft play and arcade area. So took away some of the fun with the chaos of people stood round everywhere.
We had an issue with parking so raised a concern. The General Manager, Carl, dealt with this himself, eager to listen to my concern and resolve the situation. Carl was also persistent in following up calls when we kept missing each other, his team were just as pleasant when they spoke with me and were obviously aware of the issues. If all customer complaint were dealt with like Carl and his team have dealt with mine, the world would be a happier place! Thanks Carl!
