The venue as a whole is nice and spacious it was quiet when I went but I can imagine even when busy it's not over crowded. Staff are very helpful and friendly and you get service at your lane. The food was nice but not much choice for vegetarians or anyone with food allergies. The game of bowling was quite expensive it's much cheaper if you pay online as they offer quite a few packages. They have a wide variety of games to play it was quite messy when I visited with food everywhere. There is a separate bar at this venue and free parking. Kids birthday parties also available.

I had a kids party yesterday 1pm and it was late starting and then the kids was playing  bowling and there was no host and the mother of to girls birthday was doing everything so the host got payed for nothing as all she did was come to say the kids food was ready for them then not seen until we had one of meal was wrong.The adults was playing on the lane next to the kids and we got move to a different lane because there was another party coming as they said we was running late but that was not our fault and then we had to ask if the kids could finish there game as the food came as they was still playing there game not good to me as for the money you change and then we had to ask about the kids cake so they moved us to the diner go give the girls there cake and they but 12 children round a table to give them there cake then you took pictures and we did not get them and we had to call and the picture today and you gave me the wrong picture and you gave only 11 free game vouchers and there was 12 children so I would never book a party here again as it was so disappointing as the host was not there and I did everything my self even the twins was disappointed too

Great place for the family and for parties or groups of friends. Food has always been nice and staff are friendly.. my only gripe would be my concern of under staffing.. long queues.  Long waits to order food. Always waiting on staff can spoil an otherwise  great experience.

Although we had booked, we had a long wait for our lane to be ready. Then, the next people were waiting to bowl before we had finished. Also, lost our game off the computer one go before the end. Toilets could have been cleaner and refilled with toilet roll. It was Saturday night, so I think they were just busy, but I think they should have predicted how busy it was going to be. Didn't order drinks or food, so can't comment on those. Bowling was good fun. We enjoyed competing with our team mates. Would go again, but maybe in the week when it's quieter.

Great place to go with the family. It has an arcade, food, bar and the staff are really friendly I would recommend this place to my family and friends
