Went on a Sunday afternoon with my parents and my sister's family including young children. The desk atmosphere and flashy lights with loud disco music is completely inappropriate for a family atmosphere. It would be fine on a Friday/Saturday night for teenagers but way too loud for young children and we could barely hold a conversation. Very pricey too.

Went with my family on half price Tuesday so from that point of view it was good value for money. However, at the bar I was told that my payment for my drinks hadn’t gone through via contactless payment so I needed to swipe again. The next day my bank account showed that I had been charged twice for the drinks (original payment had gone through). I returned to Tenpin to attempt to get refunded to be informed that I need the paper statement from my account that won’t get issued until the end of the month to be able to get my money back. 

So to recap, through an error on their bar staffs part I have been over charged and inconvenienced and they are in no hurry to rectify the situation. 

Poor customer service all round, I wouldn’t recommend the place. Stick to Hollywood Bowl!

Great hour of bowling. Very helpfully staff. Only complaints are that on 2 occasions the full number of skittles weren't placed in the bowling Lane by the automatic skittle placement system.  It's also a bit expensive as well but apart from that it was enjoyable.

This place is ok for bowling, but it is very tired now, you can see that nothing has been done to the place for ages. Now the arcade part of things is a disgrace, nothing worked, everything was out of order, or took your money and did nothing. The staff were running around as everyone was complaining about machines ripping them off. Its a shame as this was OK back in the day. Saying that, I must say the place was packed, but we would be rushing back.
