I cannot recommend Alex the dentist here more highly.. his patience and understanding is beyond the level I ever expected... after avoiding dentist for way to long nervous patient he has performed multiple treatments with understanding and care... fantastic!!!

I would like to thank Alex for his caring and professional service. I was very anxious as I was having a large extraction. This was the first treatment I had had with Alex and I would definitely highly recommend him and his assistant. He made me feel relaxed throughout the extraction. He talked me through everything which made such a huge difference to my anxiety. Thank you again.
Excellent dentist certainly new what she was doing told me at the beginning what would happen and how many appointments it would take. Kept to everything she said was very efficient and made excellent job off my implant plate.
Just been for an emergency appointment, friendly and considerate staff. Had a tooth extraction which wasn't planned and overran into dentist next appointment, but he went ahead and carried out procedure . The bill was less then I thought it would be considering I wasn't a NHS patient. Thank you so much
I was a little apprehensive of having a tooth extraction but I was treated with so much kindness and understanding. I didn't feel a thing throughout and I am heeling very well.
Refused to take on nhs patients and was told the only way to get emergency treatment was to sign up to a private pay scheme. Disgusting behaviour from a national health service dentist, will be reporting further to the appropriate authorities.
Oxford Road, Calne use to be a great little practice, however since it has changed to “My Dentist” it has instantly changed to an appalling place. For the past year whenevervthere has been a need to attend, it has not been days or even weeks to get an appointment BUT months, that is also including when you have a need for an emergency due to high level of pain or a decimate dental treatment required. O ex you do get an appointment DO NOT relax and think your in because both myself and my partner have continuously been cancelled for numerous excuses and never the same so could start writing a book we have received so many. Ok so above I stated a long wait for an appointment BUT today’s latest experience really takes the biscuit! Having gone into the practice today to arrange a known required extraction that was diagnosed in October 2017 and that appointment numerous times was cancelled I have just been told there is not one appointment time time AT ALL there ratio it’s can give NOTHING not even with in months? I don’t how this company can run a practice and service. They I would presume get a lot of financial backing taking on NHS patients but they can’t actually attend to them. Is it because private work jobs the queue ? Who knows but if you ever want to have your teeth attended do not register with this practice. Ironically everywhere around the practice it promotes good oral hygiene and visits to maintain your teeth. That’s just a teaser I think .
