Have recently changed to London Road Dentist and have found everyone there exceptionally friendly and helpful. Was aligned to Katerina as she was recommended for dealing with children. Katerina not only dealt with my teeth but also identified that I suffer with migraines and made suggestions on how to alleviate the symptoms. So refreshing to visit a dentist and come away feeling supported and having had a nice time with truly nice people.
My daughter had to have two teeth extracted so that she could have braces. Katerina and Sasha were absolutely amazing .. my daughter was nervous as she’d never had injections before but the way she was treated and how amazing the staff were meant that very quickly she was smiling and the whole experience was an incredibly positive one. I highly recommend this dentist !!
I had a bad experience with a dentist, and haven’t been for 3 years I desperately needed to find one that did sedation. The London Road Dental Practice came up as the only one that did sedation, they have a chat assistance which is excellent and the following day I had a call back from Sasha.. An appointment was made to see Mark, who put me at ease as soon as I walked into the surgery. After the examination i was told that I needed 2 x teeth out but as I an anxious patient sedation was recommended, appointment was 3rd March 2023, Mark doesn’t normally do sedation on a Friday but as it was the only day my husband was home, to take me and bring me back after the extraction. The lovely Laura Jones who is a dental nurse and also does sedation, came in on her day off to help Mark. As I was that nervous it took a little longer to put the cannula in and the sedation. Don’t remember anything after that, the treatment and care I received from Mark and his team was outstanding. I received a phone from Mark on 5th March 2023, to see if I was in any pain and if so to go back on Monday or Tuesday. I can honestly say I’ve never been treated as good, and the care they give their patients, is out of this world I would give 10if I could. I would highly recommend the London Road Dental Surgery, for any nervous or anxious patient. Thank you to Dr Mark Atkinson and his team.
Fantastic dental practice, I’m always happy with any work I have done and the staff are all very friendly. I recently had my front teeth rebuilt by Katerina and they are looking amazing!
Cannot speak highly enough of Mark and the team at London Road Dental Practice. As an incredibly nervous patient, I was put at ease, everything explained clearly and the experience so far has been nothing short of exceptional.
LRDP is a perfect mix of affability and professionalism, I felt relaxed knowing I was in good-hands during my procedure, and their level of aftercare was second to none. I cannot recommend them enough.
I visited London Road Dental Practice earlier this month as I have recently moved to the area and heard very good things about it. Dr. Katerina Kokori was very professional and did a fantastic job of removing my toothache and fixing my broken tooth. My tooth looks like new and I was kept well informed throughout the procedure.
I would like to thank Mark at the London Road Dental Practice for the excellent emergency treatment that he performed today 29/01/2022. As someone who has had previously, bad experiences with dentists, leading to a prolonged period years of no dental treatment, it was great to finally be treated in a caring and extremely professional manner...Mark was considerate of my sensitive nerves and gave adequate time for the anaesthesia to take effect, whilst also humouring my request for a detailed breakdown of the treatment I was going to receive, in this case, a tooth extraction. Mark's approach to treating me and the awareness of my sensitivity, allowed me to relax during the entire process and has allayed fears of going to the dentist again. I would thoroughly recommend the practice, with everyone being as professional and kind as Mark...my one failing, not signing up with the practice earlier and ensuring that my teeth were kept in a good state
Having just moved to the area I booked in for a same day appointment to have two wisdom teeth removed. The team were absolutely fantastic. After explaining that I haven't been to a dentist in years because of previous bad experiences. I felt very calm, relaxed and well informed of the procedure. Very happy, will recommend and definitely be returning for future treatments. Thanks very much!
