I am a nervous patient and need time to settle... so usually go with my hubby. Though have had lots different NHS dentists at this surgery and many cancellations due to this fact .. when have been seen have always felt like we have had good service. Though since the pandemic feel it is less friendly and more clinical. But through the years have gad the very best dentist nurse whom has been so kind and friendly .
The staff are dealing phenomenally in incredibly challenging conditions. Their frustration at not being able to offer replacement appointments when they have to cancel a routine checkup for an emergency appointment is very evident. Had a family appointment with my husband and daughter on Friday, Patricia our dentist is an absolute joy keep going guys - you’re doing amazingly
I have been with Kerry Crescent for over 25 years. Unfortunately the attitudes of the receptionist must be in the job description, they have always been the same - no smiles and pleasantness, no please, thank you, demanding when asking, hate answering telephones. Can sit in reception waiting for your appointment and just watch them chat and ignore them! Cancel appointments by text, don’t offer replacement, call them and they make you wait months for another which then gets you into trouble with the dentist for not coming frequently enough! Dentist left, have another. Was always told I have good teeth, this one says the opposite with a bad attitude. This dentist is very critical of others work, has bad breath, swears a lot the harsh swearwords, charges for own poor workmanship and drags it out over months and months, every time tries to force teeth to move, hurting, leaving gums and jaw pain. Pain, doesn’t believe that anaesthetic should be used, gets angry when wanted, then puts in where it does touch the area required. Firmly recommend to avoid.
Just want to leave a review for Kerry Crescent and Dr Dragi Todorovic. I have had an amazing service and during covid with strict rules and PPE in place had root canal done and didn't feel a thing, and I am a nervous patient. My dentist is amazing and I have nothing but praise for the dental care that I have received. Thank You
Had a complicated tooth extraction at this surgery yesterday - very impressed with my dentist and dental nurse who are both very friendly and professional. I saw the same dentist a few weeks before - he listened carefully to the problem I was having and after performing the necessary examinations he took the time to throughly go through the options and answered all my questions. At no point did I feel rushed or unwelcome. Receptionists who checked me in was polite and informative. Overall very impressed with the care I have recieved at this practice - despite the high volume of patients the staff seem caring and professional. I usually dread going to the dentists but have no hesitation returning to this one. Keep up the good work!
You send me a text reminder of an appointment and I try to reply by telephone but cannot get through. I then try to text you and you don't accept texts. I wish to cancel my appointment for Wed. 2!st. Aug. Please cancel and remove me from your patient listing. I have found an alternative dentist that does a better job!

Your receptionist needs an attitude check, asked a general question and got made to feel like I was stupid. You’re a receptionist hun act ya pay grade.
