Been with this regency all my life I've dealt with constant changes with my dentist, I've even had to experience having root canal done without waiting for the numbing to start and the dentist hitting the nerve. The result of that is I'm now a nervous patient but the straw that broke the camels back has to be the fact I was 10 minutes late for my appointment because of parking and when I got there found out they had given my appointment away. I know I was 10 minutes late that I understand but there have been times where I've been waiting in that room for 15+ minutes over my appointment time to be seen. I then got told I had to rebook which would of been a 2 months waiting period. Unacceptable!!!!

I have had multiple visits to this dental practice and have nothing but praise. Always very welcoming and efficient. Very happy with the NHS service they provide.
Best dental practice in the area - bar none
Sadly, i found this practice not able to help me with my teeth as a NHS patient. Not great service.
