The staff at reception are always friendly and helpful, as is my dentist. I had to wait ten minutes or so past my appointment time, which was OK - and much better than it used to be. I was only there for a check up, but the dentist was very thorough and discussed a few things with me. Going to the dentist is never going to be high on my favourite places to go, but the Market Place Dental Clinic make it as pleasant an experience as it could be.
Tannaz is a fantastic dentist - very polite, informative and caring. To top that off, her injection skills are the best I’ve ever had I’ve had a lot over the years. I’ve only given 4 stars because of reception staff, they can be a tad dismissive or ignore you to continue talking to each other or a friend. Disabled - even if you phone ahead the ramp is often not put ready. How do you reach the bell to ring for assistance, it’s up high! Also, people are sat way too close to reception counter so overhear ur private details.
Deleted me from the register for no reason, now I cannot get a dentist anywhere and Been overdue an appointment for about 5 years. They don't care about patients or their health and wellbeing whatsoever. Disgusting
As soon as you walk through the door, there is a friendly atmosphere and the receptionists and very kind and helpful. My dentist is the only one that has ever put me at total ease, as I was terrified of dentists as having had a very bad experience when I was younger. I explained this to him and he assured me this was not going to happen again, and he was right, any work I had to have done was only done when I was ready, nothing was rushed. I would recommend this dental practice 100%.
It was my first appointment in Melksham. I liked it the practise is clean, tidy and the receptionist were helpful. Harriet was thorough, very reassuring and kind. I will definitely comeback.
Only our second visit to this dentist, as we’ve recently moved to Wiltshire, and Fatima and her nurse were excellent. Both were really friendly and reassuring, also they had air conditioning in the treatment room!
Hygienist appointments. Always seen on time, really friendly & understanding with my worries having dental work done. Also explains everything simply.
Cancelled my appointment twice because of lack of staff then could only reschedule after my maternity exemption had expired meaning I had to pay for dental treatment. Appt had been in the diary for over a year. Very disappointing.
Everyone is welcoming and friendly. They make you feel at ease especially if your like me and not a fan of the dentist
Like always they do not pick up the phone. And all the time they are cancelling appointments. Really bad experience. Really not professional service.
