They were amazing the staff, dentist and nurse. I'm not a big fan of needles and they were really nice and talked threw everything with me and helped the whole procedure go so smoothly that I didn't even realise when it was all finished. I am now no longer in any pain so thank you sreenath and your nurse for helping me feel comfortable defo booking you the next time I need a tooth ripping out next time
Today 29th April 2025, I had called for an urgent review for increasing and non resolving pain and swelling of gum, as I am in severe pain. The receptionist, Sian, told me that the earliest date to see the dentist was 12th May. I requested for earlier as I was in pain and wanted and emergent review and assessment.nThe receptionist replied dismissively saying that it's always an emergency. I found this very unprofessional with no regard for a my symptoms. As an NHS specialist, I would never overplay my symptoms and find it shocking to see such lack of empathy and unprofessional attitude.nHope this issue is addressed so that others do not have to experience such treatment. Please train your front desk staff.
All of the people that I met at My Dentist, Chapel Street, Abergele. Were very nice and it was a privilege to meet them.
great dentist!! had a really good experience at my dentist abergele. i was very nervous as i haven’t been to the dentist for a while.nfrom making the appointment to the end of my treatment. receptionist Sharon was very friendly and helpful. my dentist was dr Pally, was kind and patient.nthank you to to the nurse for helping me get over my fear.
Highly recommend the clearcorrect treatment from MyDentist Abergele. Sywlia was the dentist who treated me. She is a great dentist & is very friendly! The clearcorrect process was very straightforward and the time with the aligners went very quickly. I can now smile with more confidence!!
