After appointments being cancelled twice I had a check up followed by an appointment, also changed, to have an extraction and filling. I can best describe the treatment as barbaric. Whilst waiting for anaesthetic to work filling was done without anaesthetic. Despite being painful the dentist continued. The extraction was painful until more anaesthetic was injected. It was clear she thought it unnecessary. It was not The dentists manor was abrupt and uncaring. After treatment I struggled to walk out with the shock. No help or assistance. Clearly a production line. Won't name the dentist but I would not use this practise again under any circumstance.

Had an issue initially with appointment being cancelled, after reading reviews this could be a system problem, however once booked in for treatment the service was excellent, 3 appointments for treatment, all with no problems, very professional and quality work. Highly recommend Veselin Tulev and his assistant Neeley great team. Cheers Guys

Appointments cancelled and not notified. I take time off to visit dentist and told oh the dentist cancelled your appointments. You will gave to 're book. Then it's oh your dentist doesn't work here now you have to reboot again. Abysmal service. Looking for where my dentist moved on to.

Disgraceful patient service!!!!! Cancelled a 4th appointment again, sick of rebooking. Receptionists never answer the phones, more important to chat. Have the cheek to inform me that if I cancel they will charge me £40???? By my reckoning they owe me now £160!!!
