Customer service second-to-none! Prices are reasonable and treatments are well-tailored to each patient. The staff, including the receptionists, are excellent and will ensure you get an appointment as soon as possible. I fully recommend this dentist!
If you haven't been to the dentist in 2 years you are not classed as a patient anymore. Yes I had not been as my last appointment was cancelled by them and when I rang to reschedule I was very rudely told to go away and I would receive a letter from them with a new appointment. I never received one. So I was removed from their list, no warning from them. I never had any problems with the Queensferry branch and I was with them for years.
Glad to be in such a good dental practice. The staff are All lovely, very friendly and efficient. I recently had a broken tooth rebuilt. It was a fast pain free experience and my dentist is great. A highly recommended practice.
I've had the pleasure of Dr. Spencer Douglas's care for a handful of different treatments after years of ignoring my oral hygiene; I was anxious about the various work required, and having autism and generalised anxiety disorder made it all the more frightening! However, he was marvellously kind to me, giving me warning about any loud sounds or procedures that might make me uncomfortable, and told me I'd be able to take a break when needed any time--which, thanks to his forethought, hasn't been needed yet! He and his assistant are both easy very approachable, and explain things very thoroughly to me as to any further work needed. I definitely feel like I'm in very good hands, and it's made this process of getting my teeth back up to scratch feel very comfortable indeed. Thanks a bunch!
Very disappointed with the service, even before lockdown they canceedl many of our appointments,which we accepted, today I needed to book an appointment, when I got there I was told that they longer look after NHS patients, I was told the price list, had no examination, given a perscrison and told if my pain gets worse to go to A and E to tell them to pull the tooth out, I will be seeing further about mine and my family's treatment
Though in my sixties I have had an absolute dread of the dentist since childhood. Last week I had to have a tooth out and so was very anxious.. I can’t emphasise how compassionate and caring my dentist was. He and his assistant made me feel relaxed and safe and the whole visit was as fantastic as visiting the dentist can be. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I only hope to God that Sorin no longer works there. Disgraceful dentist!! Dentist and female hygienist have absolutely ruined my partners teeth!!! Went to see hygienist and my partner's front tooth has completely twisted around!! No apologies, just laugh in your face!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
Not great, Appointments always get cancelled, then you go to make another and your no longer a patient because you haven't had an appointment i so long. Not my fault you keep cancelling and then you remove us without telling us. Poor practice for a dentist. Back on the waiting list now until they decide to take me off that too Dentists are great there though, so its a shame the management side isnt up to scratch!
In pain having broke my wisdom tooth it took nearly a month for an appointment. When I went for my appointment it had been cancelled due to the dentist being on a training course. I didn't receive a letter to tell me this until the post arrived that day after my appointment. I got another appointment 20 days later. Still in pain I had to go to the hospital for X rays anotherandappointment a week later, still in pain told there is nothing he can do for me. He can't take the tooth out or give me pain relief. So I now have got to wait 6 to 8 MONTHS for a refural to the hospital. Thanks. All because at the monen I'm no longer paying due to illness.
After appointments being cancelled twice I had a check up followed by an appointment, also changed, to have an extraction and filling. I can best describe the treatment as barbaric. Whilst waiting for anaesthetic to work filling was done without anaesthetic. Despite being painful the dentist continued. The extraction was painful until more anaesthetic was injected. It was clear she thought it unnecessary. It was not The dentists manor was abrupt and uncaring. After treatment I struggled to walk out with the shock. No help or assistance. Clearly a production line. Won't name the dentist but I would not use this practise again under any circumstance.
