I have recently been having treatment with Domitrios what a Lovely Gentleman. I am disabled so he has to wait while I get out of my Wheelchair into the Dentist Chair which takes me a little time and then the same after the treatment....he is Soooo Patient with me. During my treatment he makes sure that I am O.K. AND FINALLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HE IS A BRILLIANT DENTIST !!!!! THANKYOU SO MUCH DOMITRIOS. Best Wishes, Nerys POWNALL.

Been with Elwy since I was 2 and they kicked me off their list because I missed two appointments which I called up and left voicemails to reschedule. Noone returned my calls. Service has gone down hill the original dentists left.

Well in the last 15 years of being with them I had some brill work done, but in the last two years due to working I can't afford the dental work... They took me off there list as I missed appointment I didn't know I had, an the last dental nurse I had was HORRIBLE to me. Advised me to buy £200 tooth brush... An said my teeth were horrid an I need £1000 of work done which is bullshit. I also rang 6 times this morning (only dentist I can get into no others have room)! They have done nothing but hang up on me... The service is just disgusting!!!

Friendly staff and even though it's busy they operate efficiently and quickly. Good Practice.
