I phoned up with awful toothache. I wasn't a patient of oasis but I phoned up to ask to see someone. I was given an appointment for the next morning. I am terrified of the dentist but the receptionist (Michelle) was lovely. I explained to the dentist that I was anxious and she was really nice and said she wouldn't do Anything I didn't want her to. Gave me antibiotics and referred me for removal at the hospital under sedation due to anxiety. The tooth flared up again after a few weeks, phoned up and again was given an appointment for the next day and more antibiotics and a temporary filling to calm it down again until my referral comes through. 

Really good place to go if you're an anxious patient. My previous of experience with some dentists is  that they really don't care if you're anxious and will carry on regardless, so I never go back. I will continue my treatment with oasis.

Was due in for a tooth extraction today due to an absess and 3/4months of pain and agony to then get there and be sent away with no pain relief nothing even though my extractions was booked a few days before they said they were unable to anything until recovering the X-ray which they only requested from the hospital today, should have been done when my extraction was booked in because now still in agony, I'll be back by Friday because antibiotics are close to all out again!! 3rd course in 2 weeks, beyond a joke. Receptionists are lovely though, that's the only plus side.

Rang for an emergency appt at 8am.  Was offered one same day. Reception staff seemed nice and helpful, I believe there has been change of staff recently. Didn't wait long to see the dentist and she took x ray and replaced filling. She advised I call back if there are any more problems. She took me to reception so they could book my check up as I am overdue. Practice staff seem nice and friendly and although I don't like going to dentist it was an easy experience.
