Great service! Me and my family were seen promptly which is perfect due to having a three year old and waiting around is not something he does very well! Very helpful staff 10/10 service! Super happy here
Possibly the most dodgy dentist! Similarly again to My Dentist Rhyl and BUPA/Oasis probably changed their name to avoid bad publicity or prosecution Rhyl, if you book an appointment to have a bridge repair you will end up being blagged into having an implant, only these guys will try blagging you that the “£1,500 to £2,000” you were quoted in Rhyl is going to cost around “£6,000 or £7,000” at this practice… I’m not entirely sure what each branch do differently to effect the price, but the fact that both BUPA Rhyl and Denbigh dentists quote multiple estimated figures using the words “around” and “about” when giving you a quote off the top of their heads doesn’t take a dental degree to realise these clowns just make it up as they go along. Maybe I should have dressed like I had less money, I don’t know, but either way, their head office based in England is just as dodgy because they refuse liability when making complaints as if BUPA dentists are just a franchised Cash Converters buying and selling stolen goods from local smackheads. Save your money and get your teeth done somewhere sunny!
Recently joined this practice and can honestly say was really pleased with the service I received. Had been referred to this dentist due to a reoccurring problem with a filling that had been continuously falling out. Visited once and got it sorted straight away. 10/10 for Friendly And Professional Service. Very Happy Customer.
Staff are superb. Have always received excellent treatment
I use to be a very nervous patient where I couldn't even get in the chair. In the last year I've had a lot of treatment done that I wouldn't have done before. All the staff are amazing and look after there patients as great as can be x

Went here with my son yesterday what a place went in room 2 pm came out nearly 3pm couldn't even pull one tooth half in half out left in agony with script for antibiotics tried to arrange another appointment only to be told the dentist he's under is leaving my son only has 4 and a half teeth left now due to Bupa he had nine out the other week buckly medical centre no problems this place is disgusting be ware
