Brilliant museum. Really good insight into police work in the last few countries until the modern time. Fine collection of equipment and the building itself is a genuine police station and courthouse. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth to spend an hour here.

Been to Manchester lots of times but first time here due to only opening to the public on a Tuesday. Interesting free musuem with added bonus of guides being ex police officer's. You can go into the original cells or upstairs to the courtroom. Well worth a visit if you are around the area. 5 minute walk from Piccadilly gardens.

The people running the place were fantastic. They had a lot to give.and were very knowledgeable.

A fascinating museum, a history lesson into policing in Manchester. I was there for around one and a half hours.Go back in time with the cells  and court room.Only open on Tuesdays.

Easy to find. Voluntary staff very knowledgeable & friendly. Give yourselves a good few hours to look around. There are toilets available, a small gift shop. Great place for all ages.

Brilliant. It's a pity this place is only open one day a week 2 in summer. It's brilliant. Staff are so helpful and polite. Allow yourself about 2 hours here.... Take a good look at the place. Ask lots of questions. This is what museums should be... No interactive screens or headphones as you walk.... You have to take it all in
