A brilliant day spent at Manchester United old Trafford tour.I would recommend going on this tour. It was really interesting and my husband loved it . The tour give you the opportunity to go to places you wouldn't normally be able to. Book in on line which is really easy to do . The whole stadium is cashless so make sure you take your card.
Obviously something drastic would have to happen to make this anything less than a five-star score for Manchester United fans. I was tour guides. John and Callum were fantastic and looked after us really well. Sharing more information than I knew as a long time fan! Really was impressed with the experience and how many areas we visit during the 70 minutes. I just wish we have more time to have spent in the museum beforehand because the hour we dedicated wasn't enough. It was jam-packed full of amazing sites and we were definitely be returning back to see it again.
Can only order tour tickets online if you're a resident with a local phone number. Fortunately, they sell tour tickets at the stadium but we had to wait in line. Ticket holder can go directly into the museum. Our tour guide was very good, knowledgeable and answered many questions and tried to engage the group. Strongly recommend this stadium tour.
Can’t recommend this tour enough. The guides were so informative, friendly and great with the kids. You get to access all areas of the stadium and learn about the history of the stadium and the club itself. The museum is great, showcasing the clubs trophies and memorabilia from some of the legends that have passed through the club.Visited onPublic holidayWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYes
An absolute dream experience for any Manchester United fan… Enjoy an exclusive ‘behind the scenes’ look at Old Trafford! From the dugout to the players’ changing rooms, walk in the steps of the club’s legends and see the pristine pitch from every angle. Walking through the players’ tunnel to the tune of ‘This is The One’ is a real highlight. Special thanks to our tour guide Andy, who filled his commentary with fascinating facts and comic asides, and to Richard who went the extra mile to make my husband’s birthday feel very special. The museum is well worth a visit for an up-close look at the Reds’ dazzling silverware, and a trove of memorabilia throughout the ages. The tribute to the Busby Babes is an especially poignant, reflective experience.
Really enjoyed our experience here even as a non-united fan. The staff were so incredibly helpful and nice - they were so kind to let us pray even when they were closing soon which we really appreciated. I was surprised to see they even had a prayer room in the first place so I am really happy about how inclusive they are! The tour guide we had was really nice and funny sorry I forgot his name and was very informative especially since this was his first tour so we were very impressed! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here so thank you!
Brian our tour guide was the MVP. He made our tour very memorable, informative, and extremely enjoyable. Tony was great also. Visiting from Los Angeles and I was in Manchester, I made sure to visit Old Trattford. It was a great tour and I recommend it, especially with Brian. God bless.Visited onWeekdayWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYes
I had 1 1/2 hours to pass in the museum before my stadium tour. There is a lot to see. The museum is on level 3 with lots of trophies, photos, videos, players kits and information about the history of the club and when you're finished with the museum on level 3 you can go downstairs to the legends suite on level 2. Same sort of setup as level 3. Player's who became legends at the club like the Trinity, Law, Best and Charlton, Eric Cantona, Ronaldo and more ,the treble seasons trophies, programmes, players kits and videos to watch. Bobby Charltons World Cup winners medal is in one of the cabinets as is his Knighthood. There is more but I can't remember it all.
Following on from watching Manchester United Beat west Ham 3-0 .....I went on the 10.40 am 5/2/2024 Tour which was amazing... Tour guide staff was very informative and helpful assisting in taking photos, they definitely know all there is to know about Manchester United great History. The digital photo package was great value for money. Finally I must add that from me entering the Tour through the metal detector until I left the Mega Store, every member of staff was so polite, professional and helpful. Excellent customer service all round. They all really made the Tour enjoyable. Just wish I had received my Machester United, premier membership, birthday discount before I spent money in mega store. It arrived a few hours later.
