Great spot and lovely lady. Stayed one night on the way down the road to England and it's a great place to stay. About 5 minutes off the motorway and in the middle of lovely country. The lady that runs it couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely go again.

A lovely traditional B & B in the most idyllic setting. Myself and my wife stayed here recently and I don’t think I’ve felt more relaxed anywhere for a very long time. Di (the owner) took such good care of us, it really did feel like we were staying with an old friend. Accommodation was spacious and spotless, places to sit, relax and read around the house and the grounds and surrounding area are lovely. Perfectly located about 5 minutes off the M74 if you are heading to or from Scotland. All in all it was our first stay but I’m sure it’ll not be our last.

Excellent B&B, beautiful accommodation and very friendly owner. I only stayed one night but really wished it were longer. The breakfast was gorgeous, all good quality ingredients. And the room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend staying here and certainly will stay again myself if I am in the area.

This is an excellent traditional bed and breakfast. In a quiet countryside location, yet only a few minutes from the motorway. The owner is very welcoming and the house is an interesting old farmhouse, which is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The breakfast was excellent.

Brilliant B&B. Second visit for me as I stayed here last August as well, both times as a break of journey, but a longer stay I think would be nice. Brilliantly cooked breakfasts, fresh ingredients, but the owner makes it - she's lovely - and the location is stunning. And yes you really do get red squirrels and birds right outside your breakfast window. Very spacious room, tea/coffee tray, freeview TV, and we were spoilt with an unasked for ensuite too. Obviously, would stay again.
