One of the staff Fiona was very rude to me today when I said what's your name so I could put her on my complaint form she said Fiona and I said what's your surname and she said "that's all I need to know" and the doctor did not give me a prescription for medicine she said it's cheap enough so I could buy it. This surgery is terrible and the pharmacy is just as bad. Rude staff there too. And as for the owner you can't question so many bad reviews.
They don't care about people. I don't use the service for 2 years and I want to make a appointment it is not possible. I don't know why I need to pay for NHS when you need to go it not happen. They said doctor will call you, and after this call I really disappointment, I think I have otitis problem with ear but of course it can be popular virus omnicron That sad in this time the doctor scared of people and not treat. Just take pills like paracetamol, nurofen, ibuprofen and will be okey... This cover your pain but this not really heal you. Update 12.04 I put up the stars in my opinion. Next day after that I was worst with me. From my ear start going out the liquid and I fell very much pain. My husband called again to GP and tell this is emergency. After that the doctor different than last time call me and when I described what's going on she ask me to come to practice. She check my ear and the opinion was that is : cracked eardrum . And this time lady really help me to know what's happen and give medicine to help recovery this.
Awesome medical practice that really take care of their patients. After 13 years of living with MS I was diagnosed with Terminal Cancer the care and time from the staff was awesome from my Dr phoning me to check on how I was doing weekly to the staff on the front desk that are always happy and welcoming to the practice. I’ve been with other medical practices before but this one is by far the best.
I have dealt with two female doctors at this clinic who both appeared squeamish when dealing with male clinical issues. The first doctor's response to a symptom was "I don't know what that is" and no more more was discussed. The second doctors approach to an examination she clearly didn't want to do was to work things round to wait for the results of a blood test. That test took place in 2019 and I am still waiting for the results. The final straw was how they dealt with the abysmally poor service from the pharmacy on their property. I am off to another practise. In answer to the response regarding the pharmacy. When the practise refuses to provide another prescription to replace the failed attempt at Lloyds, that is on the practise
Professional Doctors and Staff. Always willing to assist you. The practice is immaculate. Never too busy. I have been a patient for 9 years and extremely pleased with the overall experience's I have had.
Absolutely superb cannot fault the practice in any way. Everyone in the practice is so friendly and helpful. We have the added benefit that it’s in easy walking distance from where we live.
5 star review giving as the staff and doctors are exellent. Been on there list now for many many years and have had lots of help from them . Never a hastle no matter what the symptom . Thanks guys for all you hard work . Keep it up .
I try my best not to be a frequent visitor to either hospital's or medical practice's,but as I had to have my 5 yearly medical to renew my heavy goods licence,a vist was inevitably,finding out I had high blood pressure was a little bit of a shock for me,and to be honest worried me,but thankfully I manged to relax and get a decent reading,the new practice is excellent,and the staff very helpful,id like to thank nurse thea,and doctor Helen mcguire for making me feel comfortable and relaxed,and helping me retain my license for another 5 years,very impressed with the new look practice,many thanks

Absolutely disgraceful practice! Wouldn't out in a prescription and didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell me that! Drove here for absolutely no reason!!!!!
